The beginning of another week already. These days the weeks just seem to be flying by for me. School is back in full swing, and our older kids are both involved with soccer... which keep this momma busy.
Fall is my favorite time of year, and I love all the yummy food that goes along with it. I cannot wait to start making soups and stews and all things comfort food. I still have a lot of summer produce from the garden, and am featuring recipes this week that will help us take advantage of that!
Next week though... it is time to enjoy fall food!
Monday 10: Baked Tilapia fish with Green Salad (using vegetables from our own garden!)
Wednesday 12: Garden Vegetable Stir-fry (we will be using peas, carrots, bell peppers, and zucchini), with rice.
Thursday 13: LEFTOVERS (Don't waste that food!)
Friday 14: Homemade pizza. We like using this crust for a quick, but yummy pizza dough (the "Fast and Easy Pizza Dough" found about halfway down the page).
Saturday 15: LEFTOVERS (Don't waste that food!)
