Homemade Stir Fry Sauce

Mix before adding to pan: 

½ c. cold water
2 T. soy sauce
2 t. cornstarch
1 t. sugar
t. ground ginger
t. pepper

Cook sauce until bubbly and then coat stir fry veggies. Add meat of choice, and stir fry until warm and veggies are tender.
